A Step of Faith
Since the founding of Follow His Call in 2021, most of our work took place directly in Chris’s home. Prayer meetings, planning, video production, preparation for tours, storage of materials, and administrative work all happened in private space. Over time it became clear that we were reaching our limits and that God wanted to lead us into a new chapter.
As a team, we prayed for several months that God would give us a place where we could work, plan, pray, and grow together. Especially in Munich, this seemed like an almost impossible request. Rental prices are high and suitable spaces are rare. Yet we knew that where God calls, He also provides.
In the summer of 2024, Emanuel from our team had a significant dream of an office with a plant, a wooden staircase, and an open upper room. He did not know at that time that this dream would later become a confirmation.
Shortly after, we found office spaces that included everything we had prayed for:
close to our homes, well connected, not a sterile office atmosphere, enough space for growth, and surprisingly at a price that is almost unimaginable for Munich. When Emanuel entered the space for the first time, he immediately recognized the scene from his dream. For us, this was a clear confirmation: God had prepared this place.
Today this new office is more than just a workspace.
It is:
- A place for prayer and fellowship (our "Upper Room" with a view of a church steeple cross)
- A place for planning tours, outreaches, and media work
- A place where videos, podcasts, and content are created that reach people
- A place for team building and calling
- A place of growing in faith
One desk in the office is intentionally left empty:
It is a prophetic sign that God is calling people to join us in the work. We believe that this seat will soon be filled.
We are deeply grateful to God for how He has led and provided. We hope this story encourages anyone who is currently waiting for guidance from God.
